What a happening day at the gym today, a group of new guys around 18 years old came to the gym, 1 very plump guy wearing tight fitting almost see thru singlet and super short sports shorts, and 3 small sized guys. They straight away hit the irons when they step in, the plump guy took the heaviest dumbbell and did 1 set of seated shoulder press.. and the 3 other guys worship him like an idol, praising him things like "Only you can lift such weights around here" and the plump guy replied proudly "OF COZ! Shoulders are my strongest area in bodybuilding!"... i guess he only worked on shoulders and forgot to work on the other areas of his body thats why he is still so plump... Lol.. evil thoughts of mine... Could not stand the way he talk... and when i was doing my bicep curls, he keep facing the mirror i am facing and flexing his erm... muscles?
Even my instructor found it an eye sore... lol...after that he came to me and asked if he could share the workout bench with me, so we did bicep barbell preacher curls.. after a set he kept increasing the weight, and i was kinda pissed off so i too increased the weight till the barbell had 6 weights of 5kgs at each side, a total of 60kg, and he tried doing the bicep curl 1 rep but could not even lift it up. Then he just walked away to the other end of the gym and did sit ups instead all the way... haha... lucky he didn't stick around because after he left i took the extra weights away, how in the hell could i lift such heavy weights, it's madness... lol...i saw him adding weights and lift, so i played along with him.. i just made him assumed i added more weights because i could lift that heavy too.. reverse psychology works~...
