UNLEASH THE POWER!!!

My latest order of bodybuilding supplement, a newer formula which is said to be more effective then the old 1. Felt wierd after taking the first 2 dosages of it, makes me feel weak and nauseous. Have to take 1 time immediately when i wake up and then 2nd time immediately after my workouts for 5 days because of the "loading stage" which is to let the cell tech go into my body and let my body get use to it. After which i just need to take 1 time a day. Although after taking it, i will feel wierd but during my workouts i could see a big improvement in my fatigue level and strength, just the 1st day of consuming and i felt alot of energy in the gym and i could lift an extra 10 pounds off my maximum weights with very little assist from my instructor. But after my workout i consume another serving of it as followed and i could feel wierd and weak again. The effect takes around an hour to go away and i`ll be back to normal and will be damn hungry... then live goes on... continue to pump iron! I set a target to have a more defined upper chest and add around 1 to 2 inch to my arms and also bigger and define front deltoids, side deltoids and back deltoids and traps. My first checkpoint to my target will be on 311207... So little time...too many things to achieve...

When i reach my block, something was not right, the feeling was not a happy 1. I didn`'t know why but i just had the feeling of lost, when i went back i heard from my mom that my close neighbour had passed away today. When i went out for a movie today i was still chatting with him in the lift, he told me he was going for his daily jog. At 60 years old, he is the fittest i have seen with a lean muscle body who lead a very healthy lifestyle, he used to give me tips on staying healthy and training in the past. After his jog he went back to take a shower and soon after he suffered from a heart attack and died in the hospital. It is a great shock and sadness to me, he should not be gone that way.. he led his life with a strict principle of health comes first before anything.. I'm gonna miss him so much, i can still remember him smiling greeting me when i open my house door this afternoon.

My friend told me to read this verse from the bible and pray for him.

HEBREWS 13:20,21
May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for every and every. Amen.

Whenever i listen to this song it reminds me of my basketball junior and another friend who passed away due to motor accidents, you never know when death will come knocking on your door. 1 life...Live It not Leave it....God bless... Buddies =)

Today i heard over the radio that Luciano Pavarotti passed away at age 71, although i do not listen to his songs but i've seen him perform in awards shows with singers like Mariah Carey. Amazing voice, he died of pancreatic cancer in his home.
